On friday I went to a certain: Medusa Lounge. Sounds like a place where a woman with a head of snakes might be chillin. but although she has a snake head, she's actually a real bitch. Unlike my friend Sofi who happened to perform at this amazing venue for the Art or Die show. I was there for her hooping performance, but in all honesty i loved meeting and seeing all the up and coming los angeles artists. im going to say this out front little over %75 of the art was bullshit. Coming from someone whose had a classical education... but hey if you like naive art go right ahead. Shout out to my boy Aftin who really impressed me with all of his sketchbooks, and to Robert VanKepner who really kept it real on the drawing pad. But yeah great experience, the drinks were alittle expensive. but fuck it, after words we went to a location in pasadena, where there was an after party. now i dont know how many of you have seen fire spinning or spitting. but this is something that you have to see before you die. its people dancing with fire. Thats how i can explain it, but doing it with a full moon out and some one grabbing on your arm.... was honestly a beautiful experience to say the most.

Yesterday was Lil Tokyo summer nights put on by KCRW. Now idk if any of you people know who Anthony Valdez is but on his business card it says "Curator of Cool"....

Listen i pride myself on knowing cool shit that goes on in Los Angeles. it was a fucking dance floor in Little tokyo with a bomb fucking Dj and people from all sorts of walks of life. Its like a dream. I dont know maybe im the only fucking person enthused about this kind of stuff at age 20. but come on why not, we are in Los Angeles, one of the coolest cities in the world. And i just want to take advantage of all the shit thats
